I am currently accepting new and transfer clients, specializing in Sisterlocks™️, Microlocks, and Interlocks. I am dedicated to promoting peace, positivity, and healthy hair growth. “Never be afraid to try something new.”🦋🦋🦋 Please review the following policies below Before Booking! 🗓️ Client Consultations are Required for all new and transfer clients before booking a full service. 💳 Booking & Deposit Policy: A deposit is required for all scheduled services. Cancellations & No-Call / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours, or FAILURE TO SHOW UP without notification, will result in a forfeited deposit (no refunds) and future services will no longer be rendered. If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be credited toward your next appointment. ⏰Grace Period: The Grace Period for appointments is 15 minutes past the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Working on a schedule will not permit me to allow you to arrive more than 15 minutes late. 🚪 Salon Guidelines & Safety: Due to limited suite space and safety considerations, children and extra guests are not permitted in the salon unless they are actively receiving a service. **Chrysalislocs Memphis is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during servicing. During your required consultation, allergies will be discussed. 💵 Payment Options Accepted: Payment methods include Cash (preferred), Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or through the booking app.Please note that payments made directly through the app will incur a 2.6% processing fee. ⏰ VIP & After-Hours Requests Accommodattions outside of regular business hours or last-minute requests may be available as VIP appointments.A $100 premium fee will be added to the total cost of the services rendered.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
There is a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows.
